We are hiring a full time Community Engagement & Administrative Coordinator to provide forward facing support and administrative leadership for our growing mission.


About the Position:

Working directly under the interim Executive Director and alongside the Ministry Director, this position is primarily responsible for, but not limited to, managing the Seattle Area Youth for Christ office, human resources, volunteer processing, giving partner engagement, Board of Directors communication and meeting coordination, and event planning.


The Ideal Candidate Must:

  • Be a growing follower of Jesus Christ
  • Be a self-starter who is able to work independently
  • Be passionate about the mission and vision of Youth for Christ
  • Be comfortable in a public facing role
  • Have the ability to assemble and mobilize teams
  • Be ready to join an amazing team and make a difference in the lives of kids!


About Seattle Area Youth for Christ:

In 1944 Billy Graham and Torrey Johnson held a Youth for Christ rally in Chicago. The ministry of YFC spread like wildfire across the US. The founding motto of YFC is as true to today as it was when it was coined, “Anchored to the Rock and geared to the times.” YFC has never veered from its commitment to bring the good news of Jesus Christ to lost and hurting young people.


Time Commitment:

This is a full-time position. This may include working some evening and weekend commitments.
